Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5–10 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. As a result, we can offer our products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may occasionally happen that a shipment is delayed during the delivery process.

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Question: Some products are missing from my order. How is this possible?
Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, products may sometimes be shipped separately. If items from your order are missing, they will usually arrive within 2–3 days.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Shipping is always free.
Exchanges and returns are also free of charge.
Question: Can I return an item? What should I do?
Answer: You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order. The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging.

Question: My Track & Trace code does not show any information. How is this possible?
Answer: The tracking information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay before the tracking information is updated.
