Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance agreement is concluded that the terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur's premises and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible upon request.

If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, then, in deviation from the previous paragraph and before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can easily be stored by the consumer on a durable data carrier.

If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance agreement is concluded where the terms and conditions can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent to the consumer electronically or by other means free of charge upon request.

In the event that, in addition to these general terms and conditions, specific product or service conditions also apply, the second and third paragraphs shall apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting conditions the consumer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially declared invalid or void, the agreement and these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in effect, and the relevant provision shall be replaced in mutual consultation by a provision that approximates the intent of the original provision as closely as possible.

Situations not covered by these terms and conditions should be assessed in accordance with the spirit of these terms and conditions.
