Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5–10 days . Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. As a result, we can offer our products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases , orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may occasionally happen that a shipment is delayed during the delivery process.

Question: Some products are missing from my order. How is this possible?
Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, products may sometimes be shipped separately. If items from your order are missing, they will usually arrive within 2–3 days .

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs ourselves. Shipping is always free.
Exchanges and returns are also free of charge .
Question: Can I return an item? What should I do?
Answer: You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order . The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging .

Question: My Track & Trace code does not show any information. How is this possible?
Answer: The tracking information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay before the tracking information is updated .
